This mobile phone is only attended whilst there is a booking in the theatre so please leave a message if your call is not answered. Or you can send a text message with your booking request details.

Where can I drop off documentation and payments?

Booking applications, deposits and payments and any other documentation can be delivered to the reception of Hampton Park Secondary College during regular school hours.
Do I have to clean the theatre after our performance?

Yes. The complex will be provided to you in a clean and fully functioning condition. It is your responsibility as the hirer to return it in the state it was received. If the theatre is not cleaned satisfactorily this could affect the refund of your security deposit.
What considerations should I make for the times of my booking?

Please remember that it will take time to set up for your performance and to pack up and clean up afterwards. If you depart the complex after your booked time this could affect the refund of your security deposit.
Can we serve food to eat during a performance?

No Food or Drinks are permitted into the theatre at any time. Any food served should be eaten in the foyers and public areas outside of the theatre.
Do you have parking?

Parking for the theatre is available in the car park off Campbell drive. Ample street parking is also available and for after hour’s bookings, further arrangements can be made by contacting the theatre coordinator.
What size is your stage?

Our Stage is 14m wide and 10m deep.
Can you supply our tickets?

We do not provide ticketing services. A detailed seating plan with seat numbers is available on our download page.
Where can I collect the keys?

A support technician will be there to open the theatre and assist with anything you require during your rehearsal or performance and close up afterwards.
Can I run my own lighting and sound?

We strongly recommend someone from your organisation being in the control room throughout any performance to advise on lighting, timing and cueing of your performance. These are things our technicians should not be expected to know as every customer has vastly different ideas and requirements. We are happy for you to run the lighting, audio and sound desk if you have people in your organisation who are skilled in this area but they will be under supervision of the theatre technician at all times.
